How long does it take to create a video?

Most videos are ready in 30-60 seconds. Complex drawings may take slightly longer.

Why did my video fail?

Videos can fail for a few reasons:

• Image quality: The photo is blurry, too dark, or has poor lighting
• Server busy: Our servers are experiencing high demand
• Safety filters: Our AI video generation uses safety filters to ensure appropriate content. Prompts or images that trigger these filters (violence, inappropriate content, etc.) may cause the video to fail

Your credit will be refunded automatically if a video fails. Try taking a clearer photo with good lighting and using simple, child-friendly prompts.

How do credits work?

Each animated video uses one credit. New users receive free credits to try the app. You can purchase additional credits anytime from the app.

Can I get a refund?

If a video fails to generate, your credit is automatically refunded. For purchase refunds, please contact Apple (iOS) or Google (Android) through their respective app stores.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion by emailing us at support@doodletoon.ai. We'll process your request within 48 hours.

Is my child's artwork private?

Yes! Your drawings and videos are stored securely and are only accessible through your account. We never share or use your content for advertising.
